Midwest transplant Hilary Horvath moved to Portland over a decade ago, bringing her love for locally sourced flowers, and a keen eye for creating one-of-a-kind arrangements along with her. By nurturing relationships with local farmers and growers, Hilary offers a rotating selection of fresh, vibrant flowers for all occasions. You can admire her flowers here at Dossier, where we often pepper the Co-Conspirator‘s arrangements throughout the hotel, or swing by her shop for a peek into her wild, floral world.
We caught up with her to get the inside scoop on her business, and her favorite places to find native flowers.

The moderate winters, long days of sunlight in the summer, the access to water, and excellent soil make it an ideal environment for growing wonderful flowers.
What is your favorite month for seeing flowers in the state?
