We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and in the interest of the health and safety of our guests and teammates, we’ve decided to close down this restaurant until further notice.
This decision was not made lightly, but in order to ensure that we’re following the social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC, we’ve decided that it was the best course of action for our community.

Inspired by Chef Vitaly Paley and Kimberly Paley’s tours through Europe, Rosa Rosa is named for the chef’s Ukrainian grandmother. Here, you’ll find the flavors of cuisines born in the lands of the Ottoman and Roman Empires reinterpreted in a uniquely Portland way.
Start your day with a smoked salmon Benedict, brioche French toast or eggs baked in a spicy tomato sauce. Indulge in pastries like ricotta doughnut holes with cinnamon sugar and boyo, a Turkish spinach-and-feta-filled bread. The mezze platter is made to share and so is the crispy fried ricotta with salsa verde. Salads star local produce. So do pastas and pressed sandwiches. Brunch is served daily. But, life is short. Don’t wait for the weekend to order up morning cocktails and bubbly.
Starting at 11 a.m. on weekdays, Rosa Rosa’s all-day menu features pastas, shareable plates, and entrees. Pomodoro, puttanesca and carbonara. Bruschetta, hummus, and caprese salad. Roasted squash with feta, honey, harissa and sumac. Lamb meatballs stewed in sour cherries, sumac, and shallots. Chicken paired with blue fenugreek, butter, sour cream, and cloves. Happy hour is served daily with specials on sharable plates and snacks.
